When could I collect food?

Food collections take place on Thursdays or Fridays at designated times, and our team will be happy to advise you on how to arrange a collection.

We know there are various reasons people come to the foodbank. We’re here to support you to move forward and can point you to additional services and resources, from debt issues to homeslessness and substance abuse.

No, we will have a chat with you about your circumstances. We don’t require lots of paper work, only photo ID and proof of address. 

We don’t have any ‘end date’ for help, but we will call you and have a review after around 6 weeks.

If you know of somebody in need of assistance with food we would be happy to discuss this with you, although we would need to speak to the person to register them with us.
